Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern every booking made through this platform with Emman Eagle Eye Security Services Limited ("the Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account or submitting a booking you accept these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.

We provide trained bouncers for events and occasions, personal protection escorts, and optional Hilux escort vehicles. Coverage can be short-term (from 4 hours) or long-term (1 to 6 months with dedicated personnel).

The number of personnel and the arrangement for your booking are confirmed by our team after you submit a request. We may propose adjustments to match the nature and size of your event.

An online booking is a request, not a confirmed engagement. A booking is confirmed only when our team contacts you and confirms the details.

The estimate shown in the app is a guide based on standard rates. The final price is confirmed by our team and may change if the scope, duration, location or team size changes before or during the event.

We operate a pay-after-service model: no upfront payment is required to book. Payment for completed services is due as agreed with our team at confirmation.

Long-term packages may be billed per month in advance. Where a deposit is agreed for a large engagement, we will tell you before the event.

You may cancel or change a booking by contacting our team. Cancellation terms, including any fee for late cancellation or for personnel already dispatched, will be communicated when your booking is confirmed.

If we cannot supply the agreed team for reasons within our control, we will inform you as early as possible and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund any amount already paid.

Our personnel follow the instructions of the Company, applied within the law. You agree not to direct our personnel to act unlawfully or outside the agreed scope of the engagement.

Please provide safe, lawful conditions at the venue, including accurate information about the event and access to the areas to be covered.

Our personnel are engaged to deter and manage disturbances within the law. The Company is not an insurer of your event and is not liable for losses arising from events outside our personnel's control, including third-party actions, force majeure, or inaccuracies in the information you provide.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Nigerian law.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the contact details you provide and for keeping your account credentials confidential. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

We may suspend accounts used for fraudulent or abusive bookings.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to bookings made after its publication.
