Emman Eagle Eye Security Services Limited ("we", "us") operates this booking platform. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it.

Account details: your name, email address, phone number and password (stored only as a secure credential).

Booking details: event type, date, time, venue address, team requirements and anything you choose to tell us in the extra information field.

Communications: notifications we send you about your bookings, and messages you send us.

To create and manage your account, to plan, confirm and deliver your security coverage, to contact you about your bookings, and to send booking updates you can turn off in the app.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Our booking team and the personnel assigned to your event see the details needed to deliver the service (for example the venue address and event schedule).

Our service providers (for example the cloud hosting and authentication provider behind this platform) process data on our behalf under contract. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

Your data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit. We keep account and booking records for as long as your account is active or as needed for our business records, then delete or anonymise them.

You can delete individual notifications in the app at any time. To delete your account and its data, contact inforenglassi@gmail.com.

The app stores your sign-in session and your light/dark appearance preference on your device. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

You can view and update your name and phone number on the Account page at any time. You may also ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email inforenglassi@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
